As a professional Management Consultant, I want great results and am fuelled by my commitment to excellence going the extra mile to make sure clients are fully satisfied. 

I Worked in the NHS as a senior manager, Head of Screening from 2009 to 2017 where I was involved in many aspects of business from planning, development, budgets and risk. With a focus on equity and accessibility I turned services that were under performing into successful programmes with a fully resourced and cost effective structure, supported by audits and development. I moved to NZ in 2017 and have worked in Primary Health.

I bring a wealth of business skills and knowledge to the table.   Assisted a wide range people over the years to address their frustrations, improve quality and lower risk, this in turn has provided the knowledge and skills needed for them to succeed.

My management skills have proved successful and have turned services from failing to achieving with consistency and quality.
